Real opportunity isn’t empowered, it’s created. 
Empowerment messages and tropes are tired. Especially for Black and LatinX women, who aren’t looking for pithy sayings and overused notions of encouragement. They’re about action, and ways to make their own opportunity happen. 
To celebrate them, and send a clear message to the generations to come, we partnered with Black and LatinX female employees at FootLocker in NYC, Atlanta and Chicago to lead the conversation about their impact in their community. They unpacked their reasons behind wanting to be part of this male-dominated industry, plus their unstoppable grind to honor previous generations while creating opportunity for the new ones.
Inspired by her doing,  we created the She Does It campaign. An honest and relatable series that showcases how Black and LatinX women embody the Just Do It mindset, taking it a step further.
