EL LUJO ESTÁ EN TI
Redefining luxury through the power of earned greatness.
How does a young luxury brand compete in a category built on legacy? By challenging the very idea of what luxury means.
As Creative Lead, I partnered with my team to develop Genesis’ first campaign created specifically for Hispanic consumers, starting with a powerful cultural insight: luxury isn’t inherited; it’s earned. Our research revealed a shared belief between the brand and its audience: greatness isn’t defined by where you come from, but by what you make of yourself.
That truth became El Lujo Está En Ti (Living Your Purpose Is the Ultimate Luxury), a creative platform that challenged traditional luxury conventions and repositioned Genesis around a more personal, empowering definition of success. Rather than borrowing the status symbols and heritage cues of established competitors, we gave Genesis a distinct point of view, one rooted in ambition, self-determination, and the pride of building your own legacy.
We brought this idea to life through the GV70, Genesis’ most accessible entry into luxury, and New Beginnings, a campaign designed not only to introduce the brand to Hispanic consumers but to establish an emotional connection that could grow beyond a first purchase.
